Senior Digital Sales Executive

As a Senior Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing ad revenue across CloudControlMedia’s portfolio of digital services and CCMP software. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, your primary function will be to closely collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and provide best-in-market solutions to our clients. 

The CloudControlMedia sales team is a vital component of the broader organization. With the digital ecosphere quickly pivoting to a world in which automation powers all inventory bought and sold, our team is responsible for generating revenue & maintaining relationships with clients who purchase CCM’s services and CloudControlMedia Platform (CCMP) enterprise software. 



  • Develop client base market share and revenue 
  • Manage end-to-end (both pre and post) campaign process, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience 
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction during integration and post sale 
  • Strategically identify partnership opportunities with new/existing clients 
  • Act as an internal resource, working with the wider commercial team to drive the adoption and growth of programmatic, service and software revenue 
  • Maximizing revenue generated from the clients within your assigned prospects through recommended optimizations for the success of campaigns and identifying cross selling/up-selling opportunities 
  • Effective management of your own revenue pipeline with weekly updates to CCM executive team
  • Work closely with Operations to provide proactive analysis of both live and completed campaigns 
  • Meet deadlines and quality measures in relation to preparing proposals and presentations for campaign briefs and meetings 
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Agencies and Clients
  • Understand the target industries (Education, Insurance, Finance, Consumer) as well as the wider media industry, and the ability to adjust to market changes 
  • Understand the role that digital media services/channels (SEO, PPC, programmatic, 3rd party affiliates, creative, CCMP software) plays in the full digital ecosystem and how it helps clients meet their overall digital goals 
  • Understand the unique selling points that each service and CCMP provides and when each is appropriate to use  


  • 3-7 years of experience in digital sales and/or digital performance software 
  • Experience working with Media Agencies and/or Trade Desks, plus 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to quality, detail and results
  • Plan, organize and coordinate activities so that deadlines are met
  • Interact effectively at all levels within the account

Account Manager - Online Lead Generation

Rochester, NY (preferred), Annapolis, MD, or Andover, MA

Do you want to work with a collaborative, growing, digital marketing company and use your experience in online advertising? CloudControlMedia, LLC is hiring a full time, on-site position to manage and help grow existing digital customer relationships for online lead generation and work with our paid media team.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, build, and grow portfolio of existing partners through strategic thinking, effective communication, and data analysis
  • Potential to lead a team of employees to drive client initiatives, project opportunities, and strategic integrations.
  • Regularly work to proactively identify publisher opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize and achieve publishers’ goals.
  • Assist in analyzing performance within the CCM platform as well as coach partners on self-service management and develop highly consultative action plans for growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as the client/advertiser, analytics, creative, PPC, social and product teams often to unearth areas to drive additional growth.
  • Speak to and educate publishers on CloudControlMedia’s comprehensive product and service suite to relay the strength and breadth of the partnership.
  • Develop and foster relationships with senior and executive-level publisher supplier contacts
  • Maintain and provide education market thought leadership and marketplace insights to help publishers drive informed decisions within the category overtime.

Job skill requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in lead generation, digital marketing, account management, or relevant marketing fields.
  • Experience with online lead generation purchasing and management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (PPL, PPC, Display).
  • Higher education marketing and inquiry generation management a plus.
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Velocify).
  • Technology proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office intermediate to advanced MS Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Proficient in web-based tools including reporting and lead management systems. Tableau knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-starter and analytical curiosity a must Extremely organized.
  • Effective internal and external communication skills both written and oral.
  • Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy.
  • Needs to be able to process a high volume of small-medium tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Must be responsive to time-sensitive requests.
  • Must be polite and professional, and able to adequately represent the organization.

Yield Manager - PPC, Display, & Social

Annapolis, MD, Rochester, NY, or Andover, MA – Remote for the right candidate

CloudControlMedia: Do you have a knack for working with data and translating it into strategy? Do you have a passion for revealing the story behind the numbers for your clients? CloudControlMedia, a growing digital marketing firm, is seeking a Yield Manager – PPC, Display, & Social to grow the relationships that have been built with our clients. With deep roots in paid media, including SEM, programmatic display, mobile, video, and affiliate marketing, the firm will rely on the Yield Manager to plan, launch, execute, and optimize clients’ digital advertising campaigns spanning multiple platforms.

The Yield Manager will:

  • Be familiar with Adwords and SEM, able to lead keyword expansion strategies, ad copy A/B testing, bidding strategy, and performance reporting
  • Traffic and optimize Facebook and LinkedIn paid media campaigns
  • Integrate offline customer data with online campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the creative team to devise programmatic display and mobile campaigns that assist other marketing channels
  • Oversee and analyze custom reports for clients with large geographic footprints
  • Identify opportunities to pitch new services to existing clients
  • Routinely communicate with internal account managers as well as key clients in order to discuss progress and interpret analytic findings
  • Monitor and adjust campaign pacing, budgets, and bidding
  • Obsess over campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with account management to identify strategies to improve client ROI from digital advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in SEM keyword expansion, ad copy development, budget pacing, and overall campaign performance optimization
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising outlets and demand side platforms (DSPs) a plus
  • AdWords Certification
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Entrepreneurial mentality
  • Effective internal and external communication skills both written and oral
  • Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy
  • Familiarity with analyzing client CRM data a plus
